gdaje Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the gdaje website or mobile application, and by registering an account with gdaje, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered player) and gdaje.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the gdaje platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the platform following your registration constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any subsequent amendments made in accordance with the procedure described in Section 10 below.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the following additional policy documents, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and gdaje:

• Privacy Policy — governing how gdaje collects, stores, and uses your personal data.
• Responsible Gaming Policy — setting out the tools and resources available to players who wish to manage their gambling activity.
• Bonus and Promotions Terms — specific terms applying to each individual promotion offered by gdaje, as published on the relevant promotion page.
• Game-Specific Rules — rules governing specific games or betting markets available on the gdaje platform, as published within the relevant game or market interface.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policy document, the supplementary document shall prevail with respect to its specific subject matter. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

To register and maintain an account on gdaje, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The gdaje platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 and above. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure acting on behalf of others).
• You must be the legal owner of, or have full authorisation to use, the payment method(s) you register with your gdaje account.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order previously placed on your account, or on any related account, on the gdaje platform or any associated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and account actions must be carried out by the registered account holder personally.
• You must provide truthful, complete, and accurate personal information during registration and throughout the life of your account. gdaje reserves the right to request documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.

gdaje does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the gdaje platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the gdaje platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your national identity documents)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address to which you have access
• Active mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account number)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. gdaje will never ask for your password via any channel — not via live chat, not via email, and not via WhatsApp. Any person who gains access to your account using your credentials is treated as you for all purposes until you notify gdaje of unauthorised access.

If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify gdaje support immediately via live chat. gdaje will temporarily suspend account access pending a security review upon receiving such a notification.

gdaje reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a large deposit, or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC documentation may include a copy of a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or mobile banking statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on the gdaje platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gdaje supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account. gdaje does not charge any platform-side fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, the mobile payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independent of gdaje.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a pending review period of up to two hours. During this period, the request may be cancelled by the player via account settings. Once processing has begun, cancellation is not possible.

gdaje reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal request above ৳50,000 or where KYC verification has not previously been completed. Failure to provide the requested documentation within 72 hours will result in the withdrawal request being held pending compliance review.

gdaje offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL fixtures.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by gdaje unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement is stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed to meet a wagering requirement must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (fractional equivalent: 1/2) unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bets placed below this threshold do not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Time Limit: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account unless the specific promotion states a different deadline.
• Bonus Forfeiture: If the wagering requirement is not completed within the applicable time limit, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from those bonus funds will be removed from the account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held on an account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active will result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Ineligible Bets: Certain bet types — including but not limited to cashed-out bets, voided bets, and bets placed on the same outcome on opposing sides — do not count toward wagering requirements.

gdaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, system error, or circumstances outside gdaje's control. Players who are found to have exploited bonus terms in bad faith — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or systematic exploitation of mathematical edges — will have their bonus withdrawn and their account reviewed for potential suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on the gdaje platform — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slots, or any other game format — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules published within the relevant interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gdaje platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Match Fixing and Integrity Violations: Placing bets on events that you know, believe, or have inside information to believe have been subject to manipulation, fixing, or any form of corrupt influence.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to place bets, access account functions, or interact with the gdaje platform in any way that simulates or replaces human decision-making.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, betting markets, casino games, or any other platform feature in a manner that creates an unfair advantage or circumvents intended platform rules.
• Money Laundering: Using the gdaje platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gambling entertainment, including using the platform to move or conceal proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to gdaje where the deposit was in fact received and the associated betting activity took place. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Abuse of Support Channels: Using gdaje support channels to make false claims, to threaten or harass support staff, or to seek unwarranted refunds or adjustments.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, or representing yourself as another person or entity during any interaction with gdaje.

gdaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the circumstances described in Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct), failure to complete KYC verification, or breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. During the suspension period, login, deposit, withdrawal, and betting functions will be unavailable. gdaje aims to complete all suspension investigations within 14 working days, though complex cases may take longer.

Where an account is permanently closed by gdaje due to a verified breach of these terms, any bonus funds and winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Verified original deposits (net of any forfeited amounts) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after the investigation is concluded, unless the funds are themselves subject to a legal hold or fraud investigation.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gdaje support via live chat. Before closing a voluntary closure request, gdaje will confirm the account balance and offer the option to withdraw any remaining funds. Voluntary closure takes effect within 24 hours of the request being processed.

Players who have self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming programme and subsequently wish to reopen their account must observe the full self-exclusion period before submitting a reinstatement request. Reinstatement requests are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off review period during which the player is encouraged to reflect on their decision before the account is reactivated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gdaje's total liability to any player in connection with use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player to the gdaje platform in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gdaje shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of the cause:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss of business or goodwill
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind
• Losses arising from reliance on any information published on the gdaje platform, including odds, statistics, or match previews
• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond gdaje's reasonable control including power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or force majeure events

The gdaje platform is provided on an "as available" basis. gdaje does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their own device and internet connection.

gdaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The circumstances under which gdaje may update these terms include — but are not limited to — changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to platform functionality or payment processing, updates to responsible gaming policy requirements, and corrections of errors or ambiguities in the existing text.

For material changes — defined as any change that could reasonably be expected to affect a player's rights, obligations, or financial position — gdaje will provide at least seven calendar days' advance notice via registered email address and/or a prominent notice displayed on the platform upon login. Non-material changes (such as typographic corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term) may be made without advance notice.

The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of the Terms & Conditions was last updated. Players are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of the current version.

Your continued use of the gdaje platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
